During my stint as a technical director-slash-extremely minor telly personality back in the Nineties working on a local public access programme, I became rather familiar with oscilloscopes. Can't remember how to work one these days, but that's when I first discovered that they were really cool. Vector Op-Art generators...
Maybe I should buy one at some point, and hook it up to something, like the fridge.
